Condition Requirements: To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and special circumstances, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- DISCO BRAS & BODYSUITZ (intimate apparel)
- CUSTOM items made specifically for you
- BLACK LIVES MATTER collection items (due to their charitable nature)
- Any items from final sale or clearance events

- Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference

- We’ll cover the shipping cost for your exchange item!
