We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Don’t wait too long – the disco waits for no one!

📦 Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • DISCO BRAS & BODYSUITZ (intimate apparel)
  • CUSTOM items made specifically for you
  • BLACK LIVES MATTER collection items (due to their charitable nature)
  • Any items from final sale or clearance events

📋 How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Request Authorization

Before sending anything back, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.

Step 2: Fill Out Our Groovy Return Form

Step 3: Shipping Instructions

Once we approve your request, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Hot Sale Disco Store is not responsible for items lost in return transit

💰 Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned items, please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for us to process your return
  • Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Visa/MasterCard/JCB: Refunded directly to your card
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🔄 Exchange Process

Want to exchange for a different size or style from our fabulous collections like Astral Vision Designs, Curvy Queens, or Bell Bottoms?

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • We’ll cover the shipping cost for your exchange item!

🌟 International Returns

Since we serve customers worldwide (except some remote areas and parts of Asia), international returns follow the same process but may take slightly longer to process due to customs. Please indicate “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form to avoid additional charges.
